🌸 Floral Workshop Cancellation Policy
At Menlo Botanica, we understand that life happens—and while we aim to accommodate unforeseen changes, our workshops require significant preparation, including fresh floral orders and material setup. Please review our cancellation policy below before booking:
📅 Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the workshop will receive a full refund or may opt to transfer the booking to a future session (subject to availability).
Cancellations made within 4–6 days of the event are eligible for a 50% refund or full transfer credit toward a future workshop.
Cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of the workshop are non-refundable, as materials and flowers will have already been purchased.
🔁 Transfers
If you cannot attend, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or colleague. Just email us their name and contact information at least 24 hours in advance.
